Job summary

AZZO is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support the growth of our US Technology team. In this role, you’ll provide Level 2/3 support and operational service delivery across IT and OT environments for internal users and customer sites.

You will maintain the availability, performance, and security of core systems and networks through proactive monitoring, incident and problem resolution, routine administration, and well‑managed change activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar IT systems engineering role.
• Strong technical expertise in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Enterprise networking, cloud platforms and virtualization experience.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks (IAM, SOC, SIEM).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for servers, storage, networking and cloud services.
• Administer and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures including IAM and SIEM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver infrastructure projects and provide technical leadership.
