Job summary

E2 Optics in Denver, CO is seeking a System and Desktop Administrator to improve end-user experience, manage the Helpdesk, and enforce best practices. The award-winning, Woman-Owned company offers growth through hands-on experience and leadership opportunities.

You will deploy PCs for new hires, diagnose hardware/software issues, provide after-hours support for remote users, and travel as required to support client sites and teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a technology field.
• Experience in hardware, software, network troubleshooting, basic operating system functionality.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to research solutions and communicate effectively with users.

Responsibilities

• Manage Helpdesk to improve end-user experience using defined procedures.
• Set up and deploy PCs for new employees.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software/network problems; communicate solutions to users.
• Provide after-hours support for remote users.
• Train users in computer system use.
• Travel as required by E2 Optics.
