Job summary

SEAKR Engineering is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician II to join our IT team in Centennial, CO. You will provide technical support for end-user devices, manage tickets, and deploy OS images using Enterprise Endpoint Management Systems.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of desktop support, strong Windows 10/11 knowledge, AD/GP experience, and PowerShell scripting. We offer comprehensive benefits and a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of technical desktop support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, AD, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to end-users.
• Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within established SLAs.
• Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Utilize Enterprise Endpoint Management Systems for OS imaging and software deployment.
• Maintain documentation of desktop hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Maintain inventory of workstation hardware and software.
• Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment and policies.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Assist with the maintenance and administration of the desktop environment.
