Job summary

Security Risk Advisors is seeking an IT Systems Coordinator Co-op to provide IT expertise in deploying and supporting employee systems both on-site and remotely, and assist with IT support company-wide. You will collaborate with teammates to provide timely solutions and recommend configurations and installations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field of study, or equivalent Information Technology training and experience.
  • Passion for learning about IT systems and equipment.
  • Enjoys working with others and teaching people to use IT systems and equipment.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support and education to on-site and remote employees by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and mobile application issues.
  • Respond proactively to production issues, ensure systems are functional and up-to-date.
  • Set up new employees with the correct access to systems and equipment.
  • Report user feedback and potential product requests.
  • Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues or analyze new products.
  • Be responsible for IT asset tracking (phones/laptops).
  • Configure and install new computers using standard software image and packages. Migrate existing users from old to new hardware.
  • Move/Add/Change activities, maintaining accounts for end users as directed by documented procedures and policies.
  • Work primarily on-site at SRA's Philadelphia/Rochester office, five days a week.

Summary/Objective

Security Risk Advisors (SRA) is looking for anIT Systems Coordinator Co-opto provide ITexpertisein deploying and supporting employee systems both on-site and remotely, andassistwith the IT Support function within SRA. TheIT Systems Coordinator Co-opwill collaboratewith other team members to providetimelysolutions to user problems, provideinformation and recommendationsregardingconfigurations and installations, anddevelop strategies for improving IT processes company wide.

This joboperatesin a professional office environment, and all co-ops are expected to work in the office every day. This role routineuses standard office equipment.

Required Education and Experience

  • Windows and Linux platform administration
  • Core networking (CIDR/TCPIP/Switch/Firewall configs)
  • Basic Active Directory management and Entra ID (Azure AD) manage experience.
