Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
• 1+ years with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• 1+ years with Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with OS, software, and peripheral configurations and maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and system updates.
• Monitor system performance and security; implement preventive measures.
• Support Network setup and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and tracking from procurement to disposal.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and user guides.
• Deliver IT training sessions for staff and assist with Business Central administration.
• Develop and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards for business insights.
