Job summary

MetroWall is seeking a hands-on IT Operations & Admin Specialist to support daily IT operations, employee tech needs, and system access. The role covers ERP and BI/dashboard administration, security practices, and vendor coordination.

You will maintain user access, licenses, and reporting, while helping to improve IT processes and onboarding efficiency. You will work across departments to implement tools, manage IT assets, and ensure reliable, secure tech for a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered.
• 2+ years of IT support, helpdesk, systems coordination, or admin experience.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, ERP, BI/dashboard tools, and user access management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, basic networking, IAM, and IT security practices.
• Azure experience is preferable; strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, devices, and office tech.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, including account setup and software access.
• Maintain helpdesk records, issue tracking, and escalation follow-up.
• Track IT assets, licenses, warranties, and lifecycle needs.
• Administer productivity, email, collaboration, and identity systems.
• Support office network infra, VPN, printers, and conference tech.
• Coordinate endpoint setup, patching, backups, and security controls with vendors.
• Serve as administrator for ERP and BI/dashboard tools; manage roles and reporting access.
• Monitor software usage, renewals, and opportunities to reduce tool overlap.
• Train employees on proper software use, security practices, and IT SOPs.
