Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• 2+ years of work experience in information technology or related field.
• Must obtain and maintain Virginia Racing Commission License and a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Defines application problems by conferring with clients and evaluating procedures.
• Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternatives and testing programs.
• Provides training and support for 24x7 operations and on-call responsibilities.
• Writes documentation and maintains technical knowledge for ongoing operations.
• Resolves problems within scope of authority and follows change management processes.
