Job summary

NYU is seeking an IT Systems Support role to maintain and troubleshoot campus server infrastructure, endpoint management, and enterprise technology services. You will work with the Systems Administrator on deployment, monitoring, and security while documenting procedures and training users.

Collaborating with university departments, vendors, and IT teams, you will help implement IT standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support a secure, reliable computing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years relevant experience including Linux server administration, MDM, and level 2 desktop support.
• 5+ years relevant experience in arts, media, or higher education environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for server infrastructure, endpoint management, and enterprise technology services.
• Assist Systems Administrator with maintenance, deployment, monitoring, and security of computing systems.
• Document procedures, create user training, and participate in change management initiatives while collaborating with IT and university partners.
