Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for various county systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and support systems and applications as necessary.
• Evaluate County processes to design solutions meeting business requirements.
• Continuously monitor systems/applications to identify and resolve issues.
• Create documentation for business processes, systems, and applications.
• Support the System Development team with analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.
