Job summary

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc. in Concord, NH seeks an IT Systems Analyst to own and optimize our desktop, server, and mobile infrastructure. You will drive end-user productivity, modernization, and secure enterprise systems in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Degree requirement: Associate or Bachelor in IT/CS/IS or related field.
Three to five years of enterprise desktop/server/mobile support experience.
Experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
Experience managing enterprise endpoint devices.
Strong troubleshooting of infrastructure, hardware, software and networks.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Windows/Linux server environments including AD and Entra ID.
Own lifecycle of workstations, laptops, and peripherals; build images and streamline deployment.
Manage Mobile Device Management (Intune) to secure devices.
Enforce security controls, participate in security audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor health metrics, automate repetitive tasks, and perform root-cause analysis.
Partner on infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, and virtualization upgrades.
Maintain system inventories, write knowledge base articles, and track performance.
