Job summary

Riverbend is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to own desktop, server, and mobile infrastructure. You’ll drive upgrades, cloud migration projects, and security improvements while empowering end users and aligning with enterprise architecture.

You will work in a collaborative, growth-oriented team focused on reliable, scalable IT operations and modern tech adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field; experience may substitute.
3–5 years of enterprise desktop/server/mobile support experience.
Experience administering Windows Server environments and AD.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
Experience managing enterprise endpoint devices.
Troubleshooting infrastructure, hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Windows/Linux server environments and AD/Entra ID.
Own desktop lifecycle, imaging, deployment, and escalations.
Manage mobile devices with MDM (Intune or Workspace ONE).
Support security: EDR, antivirus, vulnerability management, audits.
Monitor systems, build automation to reduce manual work, root-cause analysis.
Partner on infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, virtualization upgrades.
Maintain inventories and craft knowledge base articles.
