Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking an IT Systems & AI Enablement Specialist to strengthen our internal IT environment and drive use of AI and automation across the company. The role blends hands-on IT support with systems administration and strategic AI tool deployment.

The ideal candidate will implement Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, and related AI technologies, while ensuring secure access, documentation, and collaboration across departments. This is a hands-on role in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
• Strong MS 365 administration and Entra ID knowledge.
• Experience with Windows devices, business apps, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with Copilot, Power Automate, or similar AI tools.
• Experience with Intune, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and user access management.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT support for hardware, software, network, and apps.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, accounts, devices, and licensing.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Support endpoint management, network connectivity, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain IT docs, inventory, and vendor relations; coordinate with external partners.
• Support AI enablement: Copilot adoption, automations, and AI tools training.
