Kavaliro is seeking an experienced IT Systems / Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and security environments. You will administer Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365, and optimize operations across on-premises and cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, Python, or Bash, strong cybersecurity knowledge, and collaboration with global teams to implement Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and modern cloud practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT systems administration experience.
• 10+ years of experience supporting desktop systems, networks, and Windows Server environments.
• 7+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure planning, implementation, management, and support.
• Experience supporting mixed operating systems including Windows and macOS.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft data management, reporting, and security technologies, including Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and DNS.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure; manage virtualized environments (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V).
• Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) and enforce security policies.
• Implement and manage security controls using Defender, Intune, and related platforms; ensure compliance across cloud and endpoint environments.
