Kavaliro is seeking an IT Systems & AI Enablement Specialist to strengthen our internal IT environment and drive use of AI and automation across the company. The role blends hands-on IT support with systems administration and strategic AI tool deployment.

The ideal candidate will implement Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, and related AI technologies, while ensuring secure access, documentation, and collaboration across departments. This is a hands-on role in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
• Strong MS 365 administration and Entra ID knowledge.
• Experience with Windows devices, business apps, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with Copilot, Power Automate, or similar AI tools.
• Experience with Intune, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and user access management.

Responsabilités

• Provide internal IT support for hardware, software, network, and apps.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, accounts, devices, and licensing.

Position Summary

Kavaliro is seeking a hands-on, resourceful IT Systems & AI Enablement Specialist to support our internal IT environment and help expand the use of AI and automation across the company.

This role combines day-to-day IT support and systems administration with opportunities to implement Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, and other productivity tools. We're looking for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys learning new technology, takes ownership of challenges, and can translate technical solutions into practical business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Systems Administration

• Provide internal IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, permissions, devices, and licensing.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support endpoint management, network connectivity, and routine system maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation, equipment inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate escalated technical issues with external IT partners as needed.

AI & Automation Enablement

• Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows across recruiting, sales, HR, finance, and operations.
• Build and maintain automations using Power Automate, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools.
• Assist with developing and deploying Copilot agents and AI-enabled solutions.
• Train employees on approved AI tools and promote responsible, secure usage.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend practical improvements.

Security & Compliance

• Support cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, access controls, and endpoint security.
• Assist with CMMC and NIST 800-171 documentation and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with external security partners on technical and compliance needs.
• Identify and elevate security concerns and support routine security awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows devices, business applications, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar AI and automation tools.
• Experience with Intune, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and user access management.
• Strong independent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Initiative and curiosity to explore new technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Bullhorn or other staffing industry platforms.
• Exposure to CMMC, NIST 800-171, or regulated IT environments.
• Relevant Microsoft or IT certifications.
