Job summary

Kavaliro is looking for an experienced IT professional to join our Orlando team, handling desktop, network, and printer management. You will support Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and collaborate across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.

You will diagnose hardware, software, network, and security issues, perform network troubleshooting, and document solutions for continuity. This role requires strong customer service and teamwork within a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop, network and printer management.
• 2+ years of M365 administration with MS-900/MS-700/MS-102 certifications.
• Microsoft 365 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ticket queue with KPIs and SLA targets.
• Deliver world-class customer service and satisfaction.
• Build relationships with team and client base.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, security, and mobile devices.
• Provide support for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Windows.
• Network troubleshooting including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and Wi‑Fi.
• Administer Microsoft 365 cloud services and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki networking gear.
• Document processes and troubleshooting steps for knowledge transfer.
