Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking an Information Technology Systems Administrator to manage a multiuser environment, including LANs, servers, and mobile devices, across the Corporate Office, stores, ADCs, and Career Connections. You will deploy, support, and secure end-user hardware, address network issues, and maintain system uptime.

The role requires five years IT experience, strong Windows/Office skills, and the ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years IT or customer service experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and MS Office.
• Experience with server admin, cloud, and SaaS management.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Travel to multiple locations daily; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems by applying updates and patches.
