Job summary

Goodwill Houston (GWH) is seeking a Sr. IT Support Specialist to manage a multi-user computing environment across Corporate Offices, Retail Stores, and Career Centers.

You will troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensure system security, and uphold organizational standards. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years IT support, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, server administration, and cloud/SaaS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or related professional experience.
• At least 3 years IT support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and server administration.
• Experience with cloud services and SaaS management.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and after-hours support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid TX driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• MCP, CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+ preferred; ITIL familiarity preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support a multi-user IT environment across Corporate Offices, Retail Stores, and Career Centers.
• Provide first- and advanced-level IT support for hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Administer networks, servers, backups, and security per organizational standards; maintain SLA.
• Collaborate with departments on IT projects and asset inventory management.
