Job summary

AMETEK Amplifier Research is seeking a Systems Administrator to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, configure and support Windows-based systems, and train users on effective technology use. The role emphasizes documentation, uptime, and collaboration with the MSP to maintain secure infrastructure.

Based in Souderton, PA, the position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of help desk/desktop support experience. A competitive benefits package is offered to support growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience in Help Desk or desktop support is required.
• Strong customer service abilities are essential.
• Willingness to maintain documentation and support multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software issues in a Windows environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues on PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support infrastructure components (AD, virtual servers, IIS, Exchange, SharePoint).
• Assist MSP with network/server setup and maintenance.
• Maintain system documentation and backups.
• Provide 24x7 support for AR entities.
