Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an IT systems specialist to support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of federal IT environments. You will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents, manage day-to-day operations of client/server/storage networks, and assist users in accessing IT resources.

Candidates should hold an active TS/SCI clearance, have Linux expertise, and be able to work across Unix/Windows platforms with PKI/TLS crypto knowledge.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly.
• 5 years of IT exp with a bachelor's; or 5 years more in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems, PKI/TLS and crypto.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems and services.
• Coordinate status updates to agency management and internal customers.
• Perform system capacity analysis and planning to optimize resources.
