Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks an IT support professional to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk assistance, troubleshoot IT systems, and manage day-to-day operations. You will configure UNIX and Windows environments, support user access, and communicate status to management across federal contracts.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly and at least five years of related experience, with or without a bachelor's degree. Travel and multiple contract locations across states may be involved.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph is required.
• Five (5) years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting IT systems, including Unix/Linux, Windows, and network devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support and issue escalation.
• Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for IT systems.
• Configure and maintain UNIX and Windows OS and network components.
• Support agency management with status updates and communication.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems and resources.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization.
