Wyetech, LLC is seeking an IT Support professional to assist with implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems for federal government customers. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, day-to-day operations, monitoring, and Tier I/II support with escalation where needed.

Due to contract requirements, United States Citizenship and the appropriate security clearance (e.g., TS/SCI with polygraph) are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance (e.g., TS/SCI) is required.
• Experience supporting federal IT systems and contract environments.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Provides Tier I help desk and Tier 2 escalation support.
• Communicates status to agency management and internal customers.
• Assists with dispatch system and hardware problem resolution.
• Configures UNIX and Windows OS and improves reliability and performance.
