Job summary

Greene Resources, part of Array Corporation, is seeking an IT Systems Administrator/ Support to join a growing team in Durham, NC. The role focuses on managing wired and wireless networks, server infrastructure, and user support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of network administration experience, a bachelor’s degree in IT or CS, and strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and IP telephony. On-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 4 years of network administration experience required.
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Cisco Call Manager and IP telephony.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and backup procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide wired and wireless network management and monitoring.
• Maintain network infrastructure components including servers and cabling.
• Provide internet service and control/monitoring of web activities.
• Maintain Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, file server, and SFTP server.
• Respond to urgent network alerts on a pre-assigned on-call schedule.
• Support phone system and IP Phone (Cisco IP Phone Call Manager).
• Report issues to IT manager and participate in project/ticket updates.
