Job summary

IntelliBee seeks a System Administrator in Detroit, MI to implement and support enterprise-grade IT projects, maintain system architecture, and provide round-the-clock support. This role requires hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Azure, VMware, and backup/storage solutions, along with strong documentation and maintenance discipline.

The candidate will work on-site, coordinate with staff and contractors, and contribute to performance analysis and strategic planning for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years end-to-end management of Microsoft Server Platforms (Windows Server 2019/2022) and Microsoft Services (365, Defender).
• 4+ years with Dell servers, SAN/NAS storage, VMware ESXi/vCenter/vSphere.
• 2+ years designing solutions that integrate server, storage, backup, management and security.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support projects to meet TS goals and objectives.
• Manage and support System Architecture solutions.
• Provide 24x7x365 support for enterprise hardware/software.
• Create and maintain SOP documentation.
• Provide performance reports and growth metrics.
• Establish Preventive Maintenance schedules.
