Responsibilities

- Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware, and O365 environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Tier 3 support.
- Design and manage application interfaces, dependencies, and system permissions.
- Mentor lower-level IT staff and provide guidance on technical issues.
