Golden Belt Telephone seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support GBT operating entities, maintain networks, and provide excellent IT customer service. This long-term role offers benefits and retirement security.

The position focuses on repairing computers, monitoring networks, implementing backups and security measures, and providing both on-site and remote support to customers and coworkers. A strong troubleshooting mindset and collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing data transfers, recovery, and backups.
• Ability to install firewalls, servers, routers, desktops and software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain computers for company and business technology services.
• Monitor and maintain the company\'s networks, investigate security breaches.
• Site walk-through or remote consultations as needed.
• Research, bidding and setting up data backups, firewalls, servers, routers, switches, PCs, and software.
• Drive continuous improvement through learning and communication.
