County 10 is seeking an IT System Administrator in Lander, WY. The role focuses on maintaining and upgrading the credit union's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security measures. You will support end users, manage backups, and participate in disaster recovery planning.

Required: Bachelor's in IT and at least 5 years' Windows-based IT experience; familiarity with financial institutions is a plus. 40-hour workweek, on-site with after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of Windows-based IT experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with financial institutions and system administration is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support local and wide area network hardware and software.
• Build new PC and server systems as needed.
• Maintain backups and disaster recovery testing documentation.
• Troubleshoot IT problems across the infrastructure.
• Provide end-user support via phone, in person, or online.
• Maintain system security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Administer domain changes, user accounts, and file permissions.
• Document equipment, software, and warranties.
