Job summary

Custom Alarm in Rochester, MN is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain and support our technology infrastructure and user tools. The role reports to the Vice President of Support Services and is an on-site, salaried position with a starting salary between $72,000 and $85,000 per year.

You will manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, oversee business systems and reporting, and help protect our networks and data while delivering reliable technical support across teams.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience maintaining and supporting company technology, networks, and devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint.
• Ability to develop and maintain SQL-based reports and dashboards.
• Prior experience with cybersecurity and automation tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support company technology including computers, networks, phones, printers, and communication systems.
• Coordinate hardware/software installs, upgrades, and maintenance with vendors.
• Manage employee tech onboarding/offboarding, licenses, and access.
• Develop and manage reporting processes and SQL-based reports.
• Support AI/automation initiatives while ensuring security and governance.
