Job summary

Housing Trust Group (HTG) is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support our expanding IT operations. The role involves handling IT Helpdesk requests, administering the M365 environment, and performing hardware/software upgrades while resolving system errors.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both corporate office needs and off-site locations, with some travel to field offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's in information systems or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of IT support experience with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Address IT Helpdesk requests and resolve user issues.
• Administer our M365 environment and SharePoint sites.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades and resolve system errors.
• Support deployment of new IT technologies and AI applications (Claude, CoPilot).
• Provide remote assistance for off-site locations; travel to off-site offices as needed.
