Job summary

Housing Trust Group (HTG) is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support expanding operations. You will handle IT Helpdesk requests, administer M365/SharePoint, perform hardware/software upgrades, and assist in deploying new technologies, with AI administration experience required. Some travel to off-site offices may be needed.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of IT support, strong problem-solving, and excellent service to internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage M365, SharePoint, and remote management tools.
• Handle IT Helpdesk requests and resolve user issues.
• Train users on hardware (laptops, docking stations, desk phones, headsets).
• Monitor LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Administer AI applications (Claude, CoPilot).
• Manage email security tools and cybersecurity training.
• Control user access across platforms (M365, etc.).
