You will handle IT Helpdesk requests, administer M365/SharePoint, perform hardware/software upgrades, and assist in deploying new technologies, with AI administration experience required. Some travel to off-site offices may be needed.
Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of IT support, strong problem-solving, and excellent service to internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to contribute to our ongoing expansion. Key responsibilities encompass addressing IT Helpdesk requests, administering our M365 environment, performing hardware and software upgrades, resolving system errors, and supporting the deployment of new IT technologies. Experience with AI administration experience is required, including system maintenance and support. The ideal candidate can manage both corporate office needs and remote assistance for off-site locations. Some travel may be required to visit off-site field offices.
