Experience assisting in classroom technology and remote support is preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and personal devices in classrooms and labs.
Provide responsive support via phone, email, and ServiceNow for faculty, staff, and students.
Resolve onsite and remote technical issues, including live classroom support.
Assist faculty and students in effective use of technology to support teaching and learning outcomes.
Provide Tier 2 support for the VR lab, including software updates and vendor liaison duties.
