Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT systems support or administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and desktop environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Dell hardware, and HP/Cisco networking equipment.
• Proficient in documenting systems and processes.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user access and security.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Linux, and macOS desktops.
• Provide LAN system support and manage related infrastructure.
• Maintain IT hardware, software, and service inventory.
• Oversee internal help desk operations and coordinate with external providers.
• Support cloud-based apps (CRM, ERP, MES) with stakeholders.
• Assist with server/infrastructure configuration to support operations.
• Ensure consistent system performance and ongoing maintenance.
