Job summary

Eventide is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and maintain its enterprise technology infrastructure in Lincoln, NE. You will handle Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user devices to ensure system availability and security.

You will collaborate with IT team members, vendors, and business partners to protect data, support operations, and drive technology projects from planning through implementation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Systems Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Three to five years of experience administering enterprise Windows environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team with guests, residents, customers, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems and infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and certificate services.
