Job summary

FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to optimize, maintain, and secure the IT infrastructure. You will analyze needs, coordinate solution implementation, monitor networks, and troubleshoot to ensure performance and security.

Responsibilities include workstation optimization, patch management, endpoint deployment, and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop VDI environments. You will work with the Cybersecurity team to remediate vulnerabilities and help shape IT policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of patch management for endpoints and servers
• Experience in Azure backups and Site Recovery
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or similar

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize company workstations and infrastructure
• Manage endpoint patching and deployment using tools like Intune and Endpoint Central
• Monitor system performance and ensure 24x7 availability and security
• Provide escalated IT support and collaborate with Cybersecurity team
