Job summary

First Onsite, LLC is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to monitor health, performance, and security of our technology environment across AWS and Azure. You will escalate for the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, troubleshooting complex issues to keep critical systems reliable and available.

You will design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure, champion IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation, and collaborate via GitHub while strengthening security, compliance, and ITSM practices across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years designing and supporting enterprise systems.
• Strong cloud experience in AWS and Azure.
• Experience with ITSM, incident management, and change control.
• Familiarity with IaC and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalation support to Service Desk and infrastructure teams.
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Implement IaC using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Maintain monitoring, security, and compliance across environments.
• Lead incident, change, and problem management activities.
