Job summary

FirstKey Mortgage, LLC is seeking a VP, Systems Administrator to lead our hybrid technology environment, spanning Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and on‑premises infrastructure. You will drive infrastructure modernization, cloud governance, cybersecurity operations, and AI platform management in collaboration with executives, security teams, auditors, vendors, and MSPs.

You will oversee security governance, IAM, SSO, and data protection while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of IT experience across hardware, OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years administering AWS environments.
• 4+ years administering Azure and Microsoft 365.
• 1+ years implementing or supporting enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Services.

Responsibilities

• Administer, secure, and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Lead AI platform governance, security, and roadmap initiatives.
• Manage AWS cloud environments including IAM and S3.
• Oversee security, compliance, and data governance across cloud and AI.
• Collaborate with leadership, security teams, vendors, and MSPs.
