Job summary

ArtsWA, the Washington State Arts Commission, seeks an IT professional to maintain and enhance our agency IT systems including Salesforce, SharePoint, and Submittable. You will manage licenses, subscriptions, and hardware, while coordinating with WaTech and external vendors to meet reporting and program needs.

You will train staff on software use, design reports to illustrate program impact, and ensure compliance with state policies.

Qualifications

• Four years IT experience with problem analysis and resolution for critical business applications.
• Education may substitute for experience.
• Two years of directly supporting customers translating technical issues into plain language; strong written and verbal communication.
• Two years of Salesforce administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce, SharePoint, and Submittable content and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement system improvements.
• Establish IT procedures and enforce policies.
• Assist with IT budget reporting and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance services.
• Track hardware/software inventory and provide staff training on systems.
• Develop user-friendly support documentation and training materials.
