Job summary

Impact Property Solutions is seeking an IT System Administrator – Tier II to manage our IT environment and lead key technology initiatives. The role focuses on Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune enrollment, and device deployment across multiple offices. Work hours are Monday-Friday 12:00 noon–8:00 PM.

The candidate should have strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, plus the ability to work independently and document solutions for IT projects that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; related college degree or technical certifications preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Experience administering Intune and supporting corporate iPhones/iPads.
• Experience troubleshooting Dell laptops, docking stations, printers, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first IT contact by phone, email, ticket, or in person across multiple offices/time zones.
• Troubleshoot issues involving Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, apps, networking, and connectivity.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, enroll/enroll devices, configure, and troubleshoot.
• Support Apple Business Manager and corporate Apple devices.
• Set up and repair IT equipment including Dell laptops, monitors, docking stations, and accessories.
