Job summary

Riverside Recruiting seeks an IT Support Specialist in Ravenna, Ohio, with a clear path to become a Systems Administrator. The role starts onsite with 1–2 hybrid days as confidence and scope grow.

You will support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams, plus desktops, printers, and mobile devices. As you handle tickets and daily issues, you’ll work with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Entra ID, VPN, and WiFi.

• Professional IT support
• Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Ability to handle day-to-day issues with little supervision
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Onsite initially with 1–2 hybrid days as you establish
• IT Support with a defined path into Systems Administrator
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and barcode scanners
• Handle tickets and resolve day-to-day issues independently
• Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Entra ID, VPN and WiFi
• Take on more responsibilities over time to grow into Systems Administrator
• Occasional after-hours support for planned maintenance and critical incidents with comp time
