Job summary

Flight For Life is seeking an IT Support Technician to ensure day-to-day continuity, security, and support for computer systems across multiple bases. Responsibilities include first-line support, endpoint deployment, and MS 365 administration, with travel between bases as needed.

Required: associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years IT support, and familiarity with AD and M365. Travel and a driver’s license are required; HIPAA/security policies must be followed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience installing/configuring PCs, basic networking, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365; MFA resets.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone/portal/email; triage and resolve issues.
• Deploy and maintain endpoints and Intune enrollment; perform updates and basic security tasks.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook/Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint).
• Manage identity tasks (provisioning, MFA resets) following least-privilege.
• Perform site support (connectivity, cabling, printers, VoIP); escalate as needed.
• Create/update knowledge articles and coach users to reduce repeats.
• Assist with inventory, device lifecycle, RMAs, and site upgrades.
• Follow HIPAA/security policies; report incidents.
• Provide on-site support across bases as directed.
