Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Support Technician or similar role.

• Familiarity with remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients remotely or on-site.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them promptly.
• Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and peripherals.
• Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
