Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Set up, maintain, and repair computers, printers, and other office technology equipment.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Support phone systems, email, and other communication tools.
• Assist with maintaining servers, networks, and data backups.
• Respond to help desk requests and provide friendly, timely support to customers and staff.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
