• Must demonstrate strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AST facilities in Lanham, MD, and Arlington, VA.
• Provide hardware and software support for end-user devices and servers.
• Manage user accounts in on-premises Active Directory and Entra, including 1Password.
• Support Office 365 apps for users.
• Prepare, deploy, and ship hardware to remote sites and end users.
• Install, patch, and upgrade software to maintain security and integrity.
• Troubleshoot cable, infrastructure, and badge-access issues.
• Create and maintain cabling infrastructure documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to SMEs as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
