Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a full-time, entry-level Computer Support Technician to assist USAO personnel, AUSAs, and staff with IT support needs. You will help install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain networked systems, while ensuring security and access controls.

You will work with the IT team to support intranet sites, content updates, and user training, while complying with privacy and security policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating systems, devices, and interoperability to install, upgrade, troubleshoot, test, and maintain systems.
• Ability to apply methods for troubleshooting, recovering, and improving systems to minimize interruptions.
• Plan, coordinate, and administer computer systems and optimize performance.
• Be able to work in office full time M-F.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Be a United States Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT customer support, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
• Assist IT Systems Management in configuring, installing, and maintaining networked systems.
• Support the Office intranet and internet sites, including converting content into workable web pages and repairing links.
• Assist in planning and coordination of litigation support and case management services.
