Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to undergo polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Information Science, Business, CS, or related field.
• Equivalent years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• 4–7 years in IT support or systems-related functions; Master’s may substitute for 2 years.
• Master’s degree or higher in related STEM fields is preferred.
• Experience providing IT support to U.S. Government agencies or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary IT contact for test workstation and infrastructure support needs.
• Support reconfiguration of test suites and workstations for rapid test transitions.
• Coordinate with program office staff and IT service contractor teams.
• Apply broad IT policy knowledge to accomplish IT functions.
• Contribute to moderately complex IT projects and technical operations.
• Develop and utilize advanced technical concepts to troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis to implement solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.
