You will work with MSP tools, support Office 365, and address networking issues while maintaining documentation and providing timely updates to clients. On-call one week per month is required.

We serve small to medium-sized businesses that outsource their IT needs and local residential customers seeking computer repair services. Our offerings include a full range of IT support, such as computer repair, network administration, help desk support, IP phone system installation and maintenance, IP camera setup and support, and much more. We are seeking an experienced and personable Level 2 IT Helpdesk/ Computer Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in help desk or technical support, a strong background in managing and troubleshooting IT systems, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. This role involves monitoring and maintaining clients' IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and implementing new IT solutions. Candidates should be prepared for on-call availability one week per month to address urgent client needs outside of regular business hours.

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, AZ-900, MS-900, AZ-104 and CCNA.
• Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Solid experience scripting with PowerShell
