We are seeking an experienced and personable Level 2 IT Helpdesk/ Computer Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in help desk or technical support, a strong background in managing and troubleshooting IT systems, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. This role involves monitoring and maintaining clients' IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and implementing new IT solutions. Candidates should be prepared for on-call availability one week per month to address urgent client needs outside of regular business hours.
