Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Technician to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining and supporting our clients IT needs and our IT infrastructure . This position will be responsible for providing technical support for servers, workstations, networks, and scale computers while also administering O365 and AWS Organizational Units (OUs) . Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Preferred Qualifications

• Windows Server administration experience , including system setup and maintenance.
• Knowledge of DNS and Active Directory management for user authentication and domain services.
• Experience working with Confluence or similar documentation tools for IT knowledge management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
