WebstaurantStore, a division of Clark Associates, seeks motivated IT intern to provide hands-on technical support across the company in a fast-paced environment. Role focuses on hardware, software, and network issues with end-user assistance.

The internship is full-time in-office, based in Lancaster or Lititz, requiring commuting to local HQs. Opportunity to learn alongside IT professionals and contribute to real projects while gaining practical experience.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed IT/CS degree.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Assist with setup and deployment of new equipment.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to their successful completion.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
