As an IT Support Technician Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience working alongside other IT professionals in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on providing comprehensive technical support to all employees across the company, addressing any hardware, software, or network issues they may encounter.

This position will be full-time in-office. Applicants must be able to commute to our Lancaster or Lititz locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• No prior experience required; relevant experience is a plus.

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
