Qualificações

• Graduation from high school or GED is required.
• Three years of IT operations experience with knowledge of mini/micro, mainframe and/or network components.
• Substitutions: 2-year degree may substitute for 1 year; certain certifications may substitute for 2 years; Bachelor's degree may substitute for 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Assist a professional IT Specialist in studying work processes and developing localized applications.
• Manage, operate, maintain and monitor IT resources including mini/micro, mainframe, network and peripherals.
• Provide training and assistance to users on basic system procedures and software applications.
• Write and edit procedure language and contribute to IT operational tasks as required.
